Me and my friends were just chilling out and wandering off the streets until our eyes clapped on this wonderful, charming, luminous, and stunning Cafe known as 250 ML – The Cafe.
Small But Beautifully Decorated
So, without a further duo, we went inside the cafe and it was incredible. The effort they put in the decorations of the cafe was undoubtedly amazing. I truly appreciate and admire the beauty of the place. The atmosphere of the cafe was just as expected. It was chilled, calm, clean, hygienic, and blossoming with nice music.
Oops…I forgot to mention that you can also enjoy Indoor games inside the cafe. Me and my friends played UNO cards for a while until our food came on the table.
I have visited this cafe so many times after the first wonderful experience. The owner of this cafe Dhaval Ruparel becomes a good friend.
Food Experience
We ordered Paneer Pizza, Paneer Patty Burger, Mix Sauce Pasta, Masala Maggi, Blue Lagoon, Kiwi Cooler, and Chilly-chillies Guava juice. The aroma of the food inside the cafe was exceeding our expectations. The food was awesome and perfect in all aspects considering its texture, taste, ingredients, crispiness, freshness, etc.
Let me give you a quick review of each one with a rating score on a scale of 1 to 5.
Paneer Pizza (4/5)
It was good in taste, the crust was crisp and the toppings were overpowering with yeasty goodness. The paneer was in sufficient quantity and it tasted so fresh.
Paneer Patty Burger (5/5)
The stuffing inside the burger was so delicious and each flavor is coming out perfectly. The buns of the burger seem like they were just baked. If you want the best burger, come down there. That’s my wise advice to you.
Mix Sauce Pasta (4/5)
The pasta was well-cooked and gives a taste of perfect Italian mixed pasta. The flavor and moisture in the pasta were great. The combination of the pasta with sauce was delicious and one of its kind.
Masala Maggi (5/5)
Well, we all know how a perfect Maggi tastes like. And the Maggi we served was more than we expected. It was amazing and taste so perfect. I think they made it with a top-secret recipe.
Blue Lagoon (5/5)
It is one of my best and refreshing cocktails so far. I love everything about their blue lagoon cocktail. If you love non-alcoholic drinks, then I highly recommend you to try this. You will be surprised by its taste.
Kiwi Cooler (4/5)
The best summer cooler drink we had, the flavor of fresh kiwi fruit served with lemon and mint leaves was great. The kiwi cooler was so appealing and elegantly represented.
Chilly-chilly Guava (5/5)
I’m out of words right now. I have never drunk chili chilled guava juice before. It was my first time and I loved it so much. It was very chilled but still, I can feel the taste of each ingredient inside my mouth.
All of the above dishes were tried on my first visit.
Let’s Talk about how they serve.
They are phonemes in service. Excellent and effortless. In comparison to other restaurants and cafes in pricing and services, I must say, people will not regret paying double even if they charge twice the price of their food.
Dishes are well decorated, and served with a smile. I didn’t find such a place that is well managed in the Sunday rush.
Recommendation
So, this was all about my experience with 25ML- THE CAFE. And if you ever pass by Navrangpura, Vijay crossroad, or stadium road, then you should definitely stop by this cafe. And I bet that you won’t be disappointed.
