Me and five friends went to Bambooza restaurant located in Bodakdev, SG Highway. We were hungry and wanted to try something unique, so we ended up there.
The Ambiance
We entered the restaurant, and the place looked incredible. The decoration, arts & craft, bamboo roof design, hanging lanterns, greenery, everything was so perfect and appealing. It feels like you are in the village. The seating arrangements, cleanliness, and aroma. We loved it.
Food Experience
Finally, after admiring the beauty of the place, we decided to order Paneer Tikka, Cheese Manakish, The Exotica (wood fire pizza), Butter garlic fries, Bambooza special Sizzlers, and rose lassi. We were assuming that the food would be awesome as much as their ambiance.
Finally, the food arrived on our table, and the smell coming from them was tempting our hunger desires. We started to eat and the food was so delicious and amazing as expected. Here is my detailed opinion about each food we ate.
Paneer Tikka (3.5/5)
It was perfectly grilled and tasted even better with the chutney. The size of the paneer cubes was adequate if I consider my past restaurant experience. The taste of masala and other ingredients was coming out really well. It was the best paneer tikka I had so far.
Cheese manakish(3.5/5)
It was well-cooked and topped with delicious cheese on the bread. The bread on the other smells fresh, soft, and appetizing.
The exotica (wood fire pizza)(3.5/5)
The crust was chewy, flavourful, and crisp. And it was flawless just like a perfect wood fire pizza. You can feel the toppings and other ingredients lingering in your mouth.
Butter garlic fries (3/5)
The combination of parsley flake, garlic, and butter works magically. The fries were crispy, tasty, and can easily make anyone droll.
Rose lassi(2/5)
The lassi was refreshing, chilled, and had a fresh fragrance. All the ingredients in the lassi were perfectly mixed, and the thick consistency of milk made it even better.
The staff was very cooperative and friendly in behavior. They are doing their job to their absolute best.
Recommendation
So, this is all about my experience at Bambooza. It was a fun and awesome experience. And I would highly recommend you to give it a shot and I’m dead sure that you won’t regret it.
